Blue Oyster Edible Mushroom Growing Kit

This is a fun and creative way to grow gourmet mushrooms in your own kitchen. These were developed as a way for people to learn a little more about growing mushrooms than your standard mushroom kits will teach you, and no special equipment is required. This kit includes a 5mL mushroom culture, instructions, a glossary of mycology terms, and a fungi word search. The instructions cover two ways of growing them - the first way being to grow them in a bag of pre-cooked rice on your kitchen counter, the second way is to grow them in a bucket of straw.
